BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money through AI-driven stockbroking. This position requires a senior product builder to own direction, quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will guide cross-functional squads, balancing strategy with detailed execution to simplify complex financial journeys. The team values speed, clarity, and honest measurement over bureaucracy.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Stockbroking areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be currently based in Sweden
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated products
- Experience with consumer apps or payment systems
