BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead for AI Stockbroking, you will own the direction, quality, and outcomes of key product workstreams. This position suits senior builders who can balance high-level strategy with deep operational details in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Stockbroking features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear and efficient execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and other financial service verticals
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
