You will shape the direction and quality of major product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking division. This position requires owning roadmaps, success metrics, and cross-functional execution across multiple squads.
The team works on expanding financial services including investing, savings, and payments. You will translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions while fostering a culture of speed and user value.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Stockbroking areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, and investing teams
- Convert regulatory constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch improvements
- Build a product culture focused on speed and clarity
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated products
- Experience with consumer apps or payment systems
