You will shape the direction of BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, owning product quality and outcomes across multiple squads. This position requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to simplify complex financial services for users in Southeast Asia and beyond.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap and success metrics for AI Stockbroking features
- Guide cross-functional teams including designers and engineers
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable journeys
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring Product Managers or Owners
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
