BJAK is expanding beyond its core insurance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead for AI Stockbroking, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas. You will guide teams through complex financial constraints to deliver user-centric solutions.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Stockbroking
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvement cycles
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
