Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major product areas within their AI Stockbroking App, owning direction and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will define roadmaps, set product standards, and guide designers and engineers. The position demands a senior builder who can balance strategy with detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward execution
- Work across insurance, payments, and investing services
- Turn regulatory constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement
- Build a culture focused on speed and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and business
- Strong judgement on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Australia
