Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major areas of their AI Stockbroking App, owning direction, quality, and outcomes across various workstreams.
You will guide cross-functional teams including PMs, designers, and engineers. The goal is to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys while maintaining high standards for launch quality and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Turn regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch learning
- Build a culture focused on speed and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering
- Strong judgement on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Hong Kong
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and POs
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
