Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI, building tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape the direction of their AI Stockbroking App, owning outcomes across multiple squads and workstreams.
You will guide cross-functional teams including designers and engineers to deliver high-quality financial products. The role demands balancing strategic vision with deep operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity with senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
