You will shape major product areas within Doit's AI Stockbroking App, owning direction, quality, and outcomes across multiple squads. This position involves defining roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams, and turning complex financial constraints into practical product decisions.
The team works on reinventing spending, saving, and investing through smart, accessible AI tools. You will collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to launch high-quality features and foster a culture of speed and user value.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Build a product culture focused on speed and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
- Must be currently based in the Philippines
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
