Doit is building tools to help users manage spending, saving, and investing through AI. This role involves leading product direction for their AI Stockbroking App, overseeing multiple squads and workstreams.
You will balance strategy with deep execution, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial products. The company values speed, clarity, and user value over bureaucracy.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
