Doit aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI-driven tools. As a Product Lead, you will own the strategy and outcomes for major areas of their AI Stockbroking App, working with teams across insurance, payments, and investing.
This position suits senior builders who can balance high-level direction with deep product details. You will define roadmaps, mentor product managers, and ensure rapid, high-quality launches in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Stockbroking app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across multiple squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Portugal
