Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape the direction of their AI Stockbroking App, owning outcomes across multiple squads and workstreams.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features while balancing regulatory constraints and business goals. This position requires deep involvement in product details rather than just people management.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Stockbroking app
- Define roadmap, priorities, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
