Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead for the AI Stockbroking App, you will own the strategy and quality of major product areas. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Stockbroking app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Singapore

- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
