Join Doit as a Product Lead to shape major areas of their AI Stockbroking App. You will own the roadmap, quality, and outcomes for multiple workstreams, working with teams across insurance, payments, and investing. This position suits senior builders who balance strategy with deep execution details.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key app areas
- Define roadmaps, standards, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers on execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, and savings
- Translate regulatory constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture of speed and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas
- Balance strategy, UX, data, and business goals
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and stakeholder pressure
- Simplify complex financial products for users
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be currently based in Spain
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with regulated consumer products
