Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the roadmap and quality for major areas of their AI Stockbroking App, working with global teams to deliver smart financial solutions.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business goals
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
