Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major areas of their AI Stockbroking App, owning direction, execution, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers while balancing strategy with detailed execution. The team values speed, clarity, and user value, aiming to make financial expertise accessible to everyone.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Stockbroking app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business goals
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
- Must be currently based in Thailand

- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
