Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible through AI. As a Product Lead, you will shape major areas of the AI Stockbroking App, owning direction, quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will collaborate with teams globally while focusing on the Vietnamese market. The position demands a senior builder who can balance strategy with deep execution, turning complex constraints into practical product decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Stockbroking app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Sound judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Must be currently based in Vietnam
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
