You will define the roadmap for customer integrations, APIs, and data exchange capabilities at Assured. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and clients, you ensure the platform scales effectively for large insurers while maintaining high reliability and security standards.
What you'll do
- Define vision and roadmap for APIs and data exchange
- Partner with engineering to design scalable integration frameworks
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to prioritize capabilities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Monitor adoption metrics to drive platform improvements
- Work with security teams to meet compliance standards
- Create documentation to enable other product teams
What you'll need
- Experience as technical product manager or lead
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data synchronization
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Ability to reason about complex system tradeoffs
- Skilled at translating technical concepts for stakeholders
