Join Stedi as a Product Manager responsible for driving the strategy and execution of key clearinghouse products. You will translate complex healthcare customer needs into actionable technical specifications, working closely with engineering and design teams to ship features rapidly.
This position requires owning product metrics, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring high-quality delivery in an API-centric environment. You will report directly to leadership while engaging with customers to refine eligibility and claims processing workflows.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap for significant parts of the clearinghouse offering
- Author technical product documents such as PR/FAQs and BRDs
- Gather customer feedback to translate needs into actionable product direction
- Collaborate with design on mockups and engineering on feature prioritization
- Track adoption metrics and identify areas for product investment
- Report to Head of Product and Engineering while aligning with CEO vision
What you'll need
- Proven track record in product management with successful B2B launches
- Experience with API-delivered products is a major advantage
- Two or more years in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
- Familiarity with eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred
- Technical background via CS degree or professional coding experience
- Ability to explain complex requirements to technical audiences
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a drive to ship
