Join Foundation Health as their second US Product hire to build an AI operating system for pharmacy. You will tackle complex, undefined challenges in healthcare coordination, working directly with engineering and design to ship products in days rather than quarters.
The team includes experienced leaders from DeepMind and product management, offering a environment where you define your own scope and drive decisions from discovery to launch without rigid playbooks.
What you'll do
- Define solutions for ambiguous problems like patient drop-off between prescription and refill
- Ship AI-centric products where artificial intelligence is core to the functionality
- Conduct customer discovery by interviewing pharmacists and patients to form viewpoints
- Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design teams on detailed product execution
- Justify product decisions with data and clear reasoning on timing and priority
- Execute quickly with development cycles measured in days and weeks
What you'll need
- Ability to solve unstructured problems without existing instructions or playbooks
- High agency and ownership over decisions, builds, and outcomes
- Personal passion for AI tools integrated into daily workflows and side projects
- Clear communication skills to simplify complex topics for engineers and customers
