Join Limbic to manage the day-to-day product cadence for Access, an AI tool serving NHS and US health systems. You will own roadmap sequencing, triage inbound requests, and ensure consistent shipping against a growing enterprise pipeline. This delivery-focused role aims to stabilize engineering workflows while you grow into strategic scope over time.
What you'll do
- Run team ceremonies to ensure alignment and follow-through
- Prioritize roadmap based on customer signal and user behavior
- Triage bugs, technical debt, and scope additions effectively
- Define project scopes and write actionable overviews
- Manage incident loops from triage to root cause analysis
- Maintain product instrumentation using tools like Mixpanel
- Protect engineering focus by preventing scope creep
What you'll need
- Previous experience shipping product features that move metrics
- Comfortable with engineering concepts and mental models
- Clear and quick writing skills with first-principles thinking
- Ability to pull insights from data and interrogate sources
- Heavy reliance on AI tools beyond just writing PRDs
- Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions
- Capability to say no while maintaining positive relationships
- Understanding of repeatable value versus one-off features
