You will drive product strategy from initial discovery through rollout, ensuring alignment between technical execution and customer needs. This position requires balancing high-level ownership with detailed daily involvement in building tools for software teams and AI agents.
What you'll do
- Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis for discovery
- Present findings to the team with rigor and conviction
- Help engineers and designers understand user needs deeply
- Craft messaging for upcoming features that resonates with users
- Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate effectively with customers
What you'll need
- At least six years of experience in the software industry
- Previous background in engineering or design roles
- Demonstrated exceptional product and operational judgement
- Strong design sensibility and product taste
- Deep curiosity and tendency to question assumptions
- Ability to work with extreme speed and clarity
