Headway is automating insurance administration and building practice management software for over 85,000 mental health providers. As a Series D company, it aims to become the primary platform where care happens, leveraging AI to solve complex workflow challenges.
Product Managers will define strategy and drive execution across key areas like patient matching, provider automation, or payer analytics. You will partner with engineering and design to ship scalable AI products that improve care accessibility and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Define and own product strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for step-change improvements in workflows
- Set clear success metrics and course-correct based on data and results
- Represent customer voices through data-grounded research and decision making
- Drive AI-powered products from insight through to production at scale
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience with high-impact ownership
- Hands-on experience with LLM systems including prompting and evaluation
- Track record of shipping scalable AI products, not just demos
- Experience building in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive environments
- Comfort working in regulated industries with complex constraints
- Strong quantitative fluency and ability to partner on experiment design
- Precision in communication with senior leadership and technical teams
