You will own the product direction for Oneleet's code security bundle, which includes capabilities like SAST, DAST, and container scanning. Working directly with founders, design, and engineering, you will prioritize features, validate priorities with customers, and ensure competitive positioning against incumbents.
This hands-on position requires making sharp tradeoff decisions under deadline pressure rather than writing exhaustive specifications. You will coordinate launch plans, track success metrics, and collaborate with the intelligence team on AI-powered integrations.
What you'll do
- Own roadmap sequencing for code security bundles across priority tiers
- Make rapid scope tradeoff calls to meet shipping deadlines
- Provide product direction to design before engineering begins
- Partner with engineering leadership on technical dependencies
- Run design partner programs and customer interviews for validation
- Define competitive benchmarks against existing market incumbents
- Coordinate free tier strategy and Product Hunt launch plans
- Track usage metrics and feed insights back into the roadmap
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on pricing and positioning
- Partner with intelligence team on AI feature integration
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in technical SaaS
- Background in security, developer tools, or similar fields
- Proven track record of shipping products against competitors
- Ability to read technical data like SARIF files independently
- Strong reasoning skills for making tradeoffs under pressure
- Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
- Prior startup experience and willingness to handle diverse tasks
- Thrives in fast-moving engineering environments
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity or application security
- Experience with bundle-based product strategy
- Prior work with PLG and free-tier-led GTM motions
