Oath is modernizing the audit industry with an AI financial verification platform. As a Product Manager, you will lead experimentation loops and shape product bets while working directly with AI tools to prototype features and workflows.
What you'll do
- Prototype and ship AI features, agents, and workflows using tools like Claude Code
- Run experimentation loops to increase test volume and win rates
- Document learnings from experiments to compound team knowledge
- Manage engineering and design delivery across two-week cycles
- Define product scope, boundaries, and risks before team commitment
- Set product goals and metrics aligned with business success
What you'll need
- At least 9-10 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong background in building products at startups
- Experience using modern AI tools for daily work and prototyping
- Proven ability to turn ideas into measurable test loops
- Discipline in capturing and sharing insights from tests
- Skill in shaping fuzzy problems into clear, scoped bets
- Exceptional organizational skills to keep priorities on track
- High agency and ability to work autonomously in ambiguity
