As Product Manager for the Core Agent Platform, you will define the roadmap and daily product decisions for the infrastructure powering Siena's multi-agent stack. You will work directly with engineering and customers to build testing, monitoring, and visibility systems that improve agent performance.
This role requires hands-on contribution, including prototyping ideas with coding agents and shipping features without waiting for hand-offs. You will turn field insights from deployment teams into product improvements while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, async-first environment.
What you'll do
- Own the core agent platform roadmap and day-to-day product decisions
- Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems for agent performance
- Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests on workflows
- Provide customers with clear visibility into agent performance metrics
- Prototype ideas using coding agents and ship features directly
- Collaborate with customers and deployment teams to refine product
What you'll need
- 3+ years as a PM in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation
- Technical fluency with webhooks, OAuth, and integrations
- Daily use of AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or v0 for prototyping
- Comfortable being customer-facing and demoing your own work
- Ability to act autonomously without a fixed handed-down roadmap
Nice to have
- Experience running structured experiments and interpreting data
- Background in building dashboards or visibility features
- Engineering background or experience shipping production code
