You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps for financial services while collaborating with engineering, design, and compliance teams. The goal is to transform complex financial products into simple customer journeys and drive continuous improvement through data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel
- Define user problems, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
