You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps for financial services while collaborating with engineering, design, and compliance teams. The goal is to transform complex financial products into simple customer journeys and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions
- Monitor feature performance and iterate after launch
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for learning
- Strong writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
