You will own specific product areas within Doit's AI Finance ecosystem, defining roadmaps and launching features that simplify complex financial services. Working with engineering, design, and data teams, you will turn user problems into usable customer journeys for the Southeast Asian market.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into clear user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for learning
- Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in the Philippines with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
