Doit is reinventing personal finance by building AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Manager, you will own specific product verticals, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, measure success, and iterate quickly after launch.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- History of working directly with engineering teams
