Doit is reinventing personal finance by building AI-driven tools for spending, saving, investing, and insurance. As a Product Manager, you will own specific product verticals, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-impact features quickly.
The company operates globally with a diverse team, having established the leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia. This position focuses on delivering accessible and safe financial applications to a broad audience.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Track record of shipping quickly and learning post-launch
