You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams. The goal is to transform complex financial services into simple, usable customer journeys and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent in English for global team communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
