Join BJAK's global team to build next-generation financial applications that help users plan, save, and grow their money. As a Product Manager in AI Finance, you will own specific product verticals, translating complex financial services into simple customer journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define success metrics, launch features rapidly, and iterate based on real-world feedback. This position demands high ownership and the ability to drive execution with limited guidance.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- History of working in founder or growth operator roles
