Join BJAK's global team to build next-generation financial products that help users plan, save, and grow their money. As a Product Manager in AI Finance, you will own specific product verticals, turning complex financial workflows into simple customer journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define success metrics, launch features rapidly, and iterate based on real-world feedback. This role demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
