You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps for financial services while collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams. The focus is on turning complex financial products into simple customer journeys and driving rapid iterations based on user feedback and metrics.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for decision making
- Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
