This position demands a builder mindset, requiring close collaboration with engineering and design teams to ship fast and iterate based on data. You will drive product direction from problem definition to post-launch optimization, ensuring high impact and usability.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments for learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
