Join BJAK, the leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into broader financial services. As a Product Manager in the AI Finance team, you will drive the development of products related to spending, saving, investing, and traveling.
You will work with global teams to turn complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys. This position demands high ownership, rapid execution, and close collaboration with engineering and design to ship real products.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and define direction
- Proven track record of shipping products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
