Doit is building an AI-powered platform to simplify spending, saving, investing, and insurance. The company aims to make financial tools accessible and smart for users in Southeast Asia and beyond.
As a Product Manager, you will define product direction, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and launch features that solve complex user problems. You will own the roadmap and drive iterations based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Australia with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
