Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible through AI. As a Product Manager in the AI Investing area, you will own specific product domains, define roadmaps, and drive execution from concept to launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and compliance. The goal is to turn complex financial services into simple, usable customer journeys while balancing speed, user experience, and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
