You will own product areas within Doit's AI Investing platform, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys. Working with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and metrics.
Doit aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. The company operates globally with a diverse team, having built the leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in the Netherlands
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
