You will own product areas within Doit's AI Investing platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial services for users. The team aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through rapid iteration and data-driven decisions.
This position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, and compliance teams to launch features and improve customer journeys. You will define roadmaps, success metrics, and launch plans while balancing speed with operational complexity.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the Philippines with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
