Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible through AI. As a Product Manager in the AI Investing division, you will own specific product areas and drive execution from problem definition to post-launch iteration.
You will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and compliance to turn complex financial services into simple customer journeys. The company values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can ship quickly with limited guidance.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments for learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Track record of shipping quickly and learning post-launch
