Join BJAK, a leading Southeast Asian insurance platform expanding into broader financial services. You will own product areas within AI Investing, transforming complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working with global teams.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across investing, savings, or other financial services
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in China with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
