Join BJAK, the leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into investing, savings, and payments. This role focuses on owning product areas within AI Investing, turning complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
You will work with global teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data. The position demands high ownership and close collaboration with engineering and design to ship real products quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across investing, insurance, payments, or savings
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments for learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps
- Background in high-growth product environments
