BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money. As a Product Manager in the AI Investing unit, you will own specific product areas, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys.
You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over process and documentation.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across investing, savings, payments, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
