You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Investing suite, defining direction and working closely with engineering and design teams. The goal is to transform complex financial services into simple, usable customer journeys for millions of users.
This position demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information. You will launch features rapidly, monitor performance, and drive iterations based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
