BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to offer comprehensive financial tools including spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Manager for the AI Neobank app, you will own specific product areas and drive the development of simple, usable customer journeys.
You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback. This role suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
