Join BJAK as a Product Manager to own specific areas within the AI Neobank application. You will translate complex financial products into simple user journeys, working closely with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on features.
The company aims to help users plan, save, and grow their money through accessible digital platforms. This position involves defining roadmaps, success metrics, and driving execution from problem definition to post-launch improvement.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
