You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank application, covering insurance, payments, savings, and investing. The team aims to simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys while working closely with engineering and design to launch and iterate quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into clear customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
