Join BJAK as a Product Manager to own specific areas within their AI-driven Neobank application. You will translate complex financial products into simple user journeys, working closely with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on features.
The company aims to help users manage spending, saving, and investing more effectively. This position requires high ownership and the ability to drive execution with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
